Marc Leonard and Scott Wright have been admitted from Blues 25-man squad.
Under EFL rules, Championship clubs have to register a maximum of 25 senior players aged 21 or over with the league after each transfer window.
Chris Davies has opted to leave out midfielder Leonard, who is not likely to be fit until the New Year after Achilles tendon surgery.
But the decision on winger Wright is something of a surprise.
