I suppose it's true that you can't please all of the people, all of the time.
This last transfer window for Blues was not a particularly hectic one, unlike previous years.
The turnover of players was a lot lower - seven signed, two of whom were at Blues on loan last season - and three major departures, plus the return to their parent clubs of other loanees Ibrahim Osman and Tommy Doyle.
Last summer, Blues signed six players in the first six days of July; there were bullish noises coming out of the club. In all 14 came in, 13 moved on.
